  • Remote Workers - new!

  • Immigration Only - new!

What are the benefits of managing all types of mobility in the Equus Mobile Workforce Platform?

  1. Streamline the management of all your mobile employees in one centralized platform

  2. Digitalize your entire program with access to Equus' automation, workflow, and industry-leading ecosystem for all mobility types

  3. Mitigate compliance risks through access to real-time reporting

How do I get started?

  • Check out the features available in the latest release webinar or in our click-through here

  • Consult with your Client Support Team to understand how the new features can meet your needs

  • Explore the new Mobility Manager Widget that can be added to Landing Experience dashboards to facilitate quick data-entry of new mobility records

How does this work alongside the existing functionality?

  • Does the Mobility Manager Widget replace the Traditional Authorization process?

    • No, see details below:

Mobility Manager Widget: A lightweight data entry point to add new mobility records in The Equus Platform.

Designed for users to create a case record from 7 pre-configured mobility types. This widget launches a dynamic data entry form, which shows/hides fields automatically based on the type of mobility selected. Only the fields necessary to the mobility type are visible, offering a more simplified, streamlined way to initiate a move or trip, with limited customization. Once the form is completed, a simplified “Case record” is created containing fewer fields than the typical “Assignment Record”.

Suggested use cases: Used to manage Business Trips, Remote Working, and Immigration Only cases where limited information is required

Initiate Widget: Designed for users to initiate using an Authorization process, typically for mobility types that require detailed data gathering, approval routing, and cost estimates as part of the decision-making process before the record becomes an “Assignment record”.

The authorization template can be customized per client requirements and has multiple tabs resulting in a more detailed data-gathering process. Once the Authorization is completed, an “Assignment record” is created with all available fields visible.

Suggested use cases: International Assignments where detailed data is captured and approval routing functionality is essential
