The number of results returned in the most recently used list and the order of the results is based upon the User Preference. Preferences set at the User Level as opposed to the system level is applicable to only the user and will have no affect on other users.
To access the User Preference screen navigate to the Home level and select User Preference menu item. To add a user preference, click on the + icon.
To set the maximum number of results returned in the most recently used list, select <Most Recently Used Size> from the User Preference drop down list.
Populate the Preference Value and press
The saved user preference will appear in the User Preferences grid. To edit or delete the preference, click on the pencil icon.
To set the order of the results select <Most Recently Sort By> from the User Preference drop down list.
