By default, the top results (maximum of 10 records) and sorting criteria are displayed. Each time a searched page/record is accessed, the system remembers this and it appears as a most recently accessed page/record in the displayed list identified by a clock icon
To set a preference for the number of most recently searched size access the User Preference screen. Preferences set at the User Level as opposed to the system level is applicable to only the user and will have no affect on other users.
To change the number of records returned when using the Search Box feature, select <Most Recently Searched Size>.
