A Resource is a specific individual who will be engaged in any business process supported by the Equus Platform that needs notification. By associating individuals with an assignment, they can be linked to other items in the Equus Platform such as checklists, approvals and quick workflows.
Resources do not need to be defined as users of the Equus Platform, however, users can be added as resources automatically by using the Auto Create Resource feature on the User Maintenance page.
