Here are the primary methods for managing access:
Security Roles: Security roles are applied to users of the system, and provide predefined access and permissions to screens and data.
Data Sensitivity: Is applied to an object within the system, such as a report or dashboard, and allows for access/visibility to be limited to users with the appropriate access.
User Specific Rights: Specific rights can be applied to assignees and allow for access/visibility to the assignment record to be restricted by a select group of users or special security groups, company segments and country.
Access Groups: Access groups are applied to users of the system and provide access to assignment and company. This is only applicable to internal and external user types
