This Data Table widget displays all in-progress authorizations/initiations where the current user is the Authorization Coordinator. Its purpose is to provide users an overview of authorizations that are in progress for the current user, as well as other authorizations within the user’s company.
The widget will return:
All in-progress Authorizations.
Authorization status is not Cancelled AND not Auth Complete
Functionality:
Click
to to view the Initiation/Authorization screen for the record in a new tab
Click the
icon to export the data to Microsoft Excel in .xlsx format.
Click the
icon to filter record per Initiation/Authorization owner. You can view your own Initiation/Authorization or include others Authorization Coordinator. Note, for My Initiations, User must be the Authorization Coordinator.
