This Data Table widget displays exceptions that require the current user’s approval. Its purpose is to provide HR / Business users a centralized list of exceptions requiring their approval, and give them easy access to do that.

Functionality

  • Click

    quick link icon

    to to view the assignment record. This will navigate to the Exception Detail screen.

  • Click the

    excel icon

    icon to export the data to Microsoft Excel in .xlsx format.

  • Click the

    refresh icon

    icon to refresh data

Widget will return all exceptions from Assignment exceptions associated with current company where:

  • Exception Status is not Approved, Denied, or Cancelled

  • Exception Approver is the current user and the user has not actioned the Exception (i.e. the exception is waiting for the current user's approval or user is in the current round)

  • Exception is NOT associated with Assignments that have cancelled Authorizations or a blank Authorization Status

  • Assignment is active

  • Have at least 1 routing Approver and at least 1 email sent to Approvers

Things to Note:

  • Exception raised via Core Flex will not include details as the widget returns Assignment Details.
