From the Request page, view the request by editing the request. If the Status Model is used, the **Additional Actions** field will appear.
Click on the downward facing button to see the full list of actions. Select <Cancel Request>.
Enter the cancellation reason in the text box and press [Save]. Press [Undo] to select another additional action from the drop down list.
Press [OK] to confirm the action.
The Status Transition History section will be updated with a status of "Canceled".
