From the Request History page, view the request by editing the request. If the Status Model is used, the **Additional Actions** field will appear.
Click on the downward facing button to see the full list of actions and select Deny.

. A pop up will appear to confirm if the user really wants to approve the request. Click
to confirm
The Status Transition History section will be updated to reflect the change.
