The field order should exactly match the field order specified in this document, as should the field count. Each data row for the voucher shall contain six mandatory columns:

  1. Assignment Number – You will want to enter the Assignment Number that the receivable is associated with. If run at the system level this will determine what company the receivable is associated with.

  2. Account Identifier – Account Number dot Subaccount Number, or Account Number, or Long Description or Short Description

  3. Amount Amount of the Receivable

  4. Currency – 3 digit currency code

  5. Date – Date of the receivable

  6. Reference – Provide comments/note details if applicable. (This field can be left blank but must be included as a column. You can leave it blank and yet include it as a column by having a comma after the date in “column” five. Excel won’t add this last comma for you.)

Sample Import Files

Below is an example of a valid layout. There are three receivables being created.

The following sample file is a comma-delimited sample that could be copied into a text file or imported into an Excel file for easier editing.
