The Equity Request Details record must exist and a Service Order must exist for that Equity Request.
All four fields must be present for each row; else the import will be unsuccessful for that row.
The import will note the user id of the person doing the import and the date the import is being processed. These will be displayed on the Equity Request screen next to the Equity Amount field as the last update by/date.
This import cannot be “undone”. Once the import updates the data, there is no way to reverse what you just did through the batch process. If data must be deleted, you will need to manually navigate to each Equity Request record and manually remove the data.
The following table contains details about every field/column on the import file. If you are interested in utilizing this feature, please contact EQUUS for a copy of our Update Equity Amount Import Template, or create your own according to the below described layout.
