Within the Help Center, searches can be performed on the main Help Center page, Search Results page or from an article page. When text is typed in the Search Box up to six suggested articles will appear beneath the box. Click on an article name to view the article in full screen mode. To view all suggested articles, press the [Enter] key.
Results of the search are displayed on the Search Results page after pressing [Enter]. To view an article, click on the article name to view the article in full screen mode. When searching on multiple words, consider using quotation marks e.g. "Advanced Automation" to increase the relevancy of the returned results.
When "Articles" is clicked, a breakdown by category is displayed. To search by category, click on the category name.
