Enhancements have been made to allow outbound requests to Vendors to be split out into multiple requests to Vendor systems:

  • Integration Events for Vendors that support this new handling will be set to a "Pending" status on the Event History screen, and will show "Awaiting Response" on Service Order screens. These new statuses indicate that the request has been successfully sent out of AssignmentPro and to the Vendor Hub, and is waiting for a response from the Vendor's system

  • Once a response has been received into the Vendor Hub from the Vendor and is sent to AssignmentPro, the status on the Service Order and Integration Event will be updated based on whether the request ultimately failed or succeeded in the Vendor's system

Other miscellaneous changes are also included with this release:

  • Filters can now be applied to the Note/Communication Service Order table when creating an Integration Data Map, allowing users to send either the most recently updated or created record. Note that the create and update dates will be based on the Note/Communications tied to a given Service Order

  • When Lookup fields have been added to an Integration Data Map, an option will be available to send the Client Code. When selected this will send the client code for the lookup if one has been configured on the Lookup Maintenance screen

  • More tables have been made available to send to Vendors when using the Integration Data Mapping tool to create Push Scripts

  • Fixed an issue with the Integration Data Mapping tool that caused errors when certain tables and fields were added that associate to Resources

  • Fixed an issue where Push Scripts created with the Integration Data Mapping tool would sometimes result in replicated data elements in payloads

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused outbound payloads to Vendors to not generate properly when only one table was included in the Integration Push Script associated to an Integration Event

  • New Document Types have been added that are focused on providing more detail for Immigration Providers – the document types are shipped inactive

  • A new standard Vendor Permission Set has been created for School Search Services

  • Changes have been made to the standard Tax Services Permission set to allow Vendors to supply a Tax Return Type, Detail ID and Tax Year for Tax Return records when retrieving, updating or deleting Tax Return records. Additionally, a Detail ID and Source System Text Key can be provided when retrieving, updating or deleting Tax Return records. Tax Equalization Detail records can be retrieved, updated or deleted by providers supplying a Service Order ID, Tax Year, Equalization ID and Tax Return Type

  • Updates have been made to the processes that determine which tables and fields are available for trigger fields when configuring Update Value(s) Integration Events, so that they are more in line with what's available to build an Integration Data Map
