Resolved a scenario where a required custom field lookup caption was not recognized as being provided

Business Rules and their components can now be run without updating the ‘Last Updated By’ or ‘Last Updated Date’ fields
Business Rule steps now include a visualizer that provides a clear, unified view of all table lookups and functions used within each step
Cost Estimates and Compensation Calculations now include troubleshooting messages for line items backed by Business Rules when table lookups or functions return no results
Migration packages for Business Rules now display character limits for manually editable fields and enforce those limits during import
Business Trips Assessments
Fixed a scenario where the destination assessment automation fails to complete the process due to security exceptions
Resolved a scenario where Travel Destination assessments would fail when automated
Compensation Worksheets
Fixed a scenario where zero amount compensation line items were not creating records using the ‘Allowance’ methodology when the option ‘Create Zero Amount Transactions’ was enabled
Cost Estimates
New Cost Estimate template setting allows users to calculate project costs based on the employee’s project host location or when calculating costs for a commuter moving between two countries where both locations are included in tax calculations
Employee Content Delivery (in preparation for 25.6.1)
A new screen has been added to support a Media content library. On this screen users can create and share media content to be shared on the new Employee App named ‘Equus Guide’ (available 25.6.1)

Text (Rich Content)

Ad-hoc (direct) media content sharing is supported at the assignment level. A Mobility Team can now make direct contact with an assignee, by sharing either one of the Company media library items, or creating personalized Rich Text content. This will then generate a new post in Equus Guide immediately
An additional new screen has been added to allow users to create automation rules for sharing media content with Equus Guide. This screen uses Quick Workflow based rules at the company level and allows a user to select content to be shared
Based on the distribution rules that have been configured, a new automation will run and create a shared media item as posts on the Employee Feed in Equus Guide
To ensure proper auditing of automation when media is shared on Equus Guide, a screen has been added where users can track the sharing of contents and filter the results as required
General
This release includes official support for Microsoft Windows Server 2022, aligning with Microsoft’s currently supported operating systems
Integration Event Definitions
Introduced a new configuration ‘Restrict Updated to Associated Client’ that will ensure Vendor to Client updates are only triggered to the Client directly tied to the service order updates
Landing Experience
A new standard dashboard, Equus Dashboard - Immigration into United States, is now available. It displays key data associated to employees who have US issued visas or work permits
Fixed a scenario where the Landing Experience navigation bar would darken shortly after loading and eventually render in the incorrect color
Remote Work
Fixed a scenario where remote work requests were being automatically approved instead of following the designated approval routing ruleset
Security Enhancements
As a standard process, Equus fixes vulnerabilities found through testing and analysis. For this release, a enhancements have been made to address those findings
Service Orders
Improved the logging for service order automation Quick Workflows so that errors are only logged when there are legitimate failures
Tax Positions
Updated Equus Standard Tax Position Sets so all tax positions have a standard input

Fixed a scenario where activating a System Portal Theme at the system level did not load the background correctly
