Equus Connect (App and Desktop)
Checklist task details now support rich text in the Equus Connect App and Desktop
Equus Connect is now available on desktop, providing mobility professionals with a unified experience to manage day-to-day tasks more easily
Equus Connect Desktop supports Landing Experience Dashboards. A new standard dashboard is also included to provide quick access to commonly used tasks and information.
Information on the General Info tab of Mobility records can be edited on Equus Connect App and Desktop. These editable fields include:

The Equus Mobile API has been updated to support the latest Equus Connect mobile app, enabling users to view and edit tickets directly from the app
Users can now log in to Equus Connect using either Single Sign-On (SSO) or a username and password
Users can now switch between Equus Connect and the Equus Platform with one click using the action icon in the top-right corner of the screen
Users with multiple Equus Platform accounts (for example, internal or mobility team accounts and mobile employee accounts) can now use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Equus Connect on both mobile devices and desktop
Corrected a scenario where some mobility records would appear multiple times in the Mobility screen on Equus Connect
Fixed a visual issue on the Tasks screen where the selected “Due Before” filter was not displayed after being applied in the Equus Connect app and desktop
Resolved an instance where the resource picker would become unresponsive when a system had more than 5,000 relocation coordinators
Equus Guide App
The new Equus Guide App experience allows employees to stay informed and receive personalized guidance throughout their relocation journey
Checklists and tasks can be viewed in the app
Documents can be downloaded in the app and follow configured visibility settings
Elections can be submitted directly in the app
Employee profiles can be accessed in the app
Feed items can be posted in Equus Guide through rules configured in the Company Media Library screen in the Equus Platform, based on Assignment or Company dates
License agreements can be reviewed and accepted in the App
Passwords can be changed by users
Pulse Checks are supported in Equus Guide, and responses can be mapped to fields in selected Equus Platform screens
Tax briefing details are displayed in the app
Users are automatically logged out in the event of password expiry or
account lock
Migration Packages
The Home Tax Estimator Method field is now supported in migration packages for Cost Estimate and Compensation Calculation templates
Policy
Added a new Global Employment Company check box in Assignment Policies to identify policies that apply to the Global Employment Company and defaulting in Home Tax Estimator Cost Estimates and Compensation Calculations
Posted Workers
Fixed an issue where Posted Worker Notification Filing would be sent twice when users refresh the screen
Quick Workflows
Email Templates that use Data Source as the merge source are now supported in Quick Workflows
Email Templates with merge documents are now supported in Quick Workflows
New Email Templates can now be created from Quick Workflows
Values for To, CC, BCC, Subject, and Body fields for emails can now be pulled from Email Templates into Quick Workflows
User Maintenance
Updated a scenario where newly created resources or updating existing resources would only allow association to internal users
What-If Cost Estimates
Fixed an issue where a WICE would not be created after clicking ‘I Accept’ on the license agreement pop up screen
