The Company Employee Media Library allows you to create and deliver tailored content directly to employees through the Equus Guide app feed.
Benefits of using the Company Employee Media Library screen:
Private Content Hosting: Enable secure upload, storage, and delivery of proprietary content—such as training videos and internal documents—that cannot be publicly shared.
Enhanced Communication: Allow managers and coordinators to send targeted, ad-hoc messages to individual employees, enabling more personalized and timely communication.
Streamlined Administration: Provide a dedicated, intuitive interface for managing content delivery rules and monitoring execution, without exposing the complexity of the underlying workflow engine.
Lifecycle Management: Offer controls to manage content relevance over time, including expiration rules to keep the employee experience current and clutter-free.
You can also configure Distribution Rules to automatically post a media item to an employee's feed in Equus Guide depending on a trigger and additional conditions.

Distribution Rules

Click on
to create a new Distribution Rule, or on
to view or edit existing rules.
Configuring a Distribution Rule
Enter a name and description for the Distribution Rule. On the Trigger Type field, select whether the rule should trigger:
When Target Field Value Changes
When Target Date Passes
In the Media field, select one or more media items from the Media Library to be included in the feed when this Distribution Rule is triggered.
If you have selected When Target Field Value Changes as the Trigger Type of the rule, you can select one or multiple fields under the Target Fields section.
You can also configure conditions that must be met for the rule to trigger. In the example below, the Distribution Rule is triggered only when the Assignment: Relocation Phase field changes and the new value equals “Pre-Assignment.”
If you select When Target Date Passes as the Trigger Type, you can specify a number of days, weeks, or months before or after the Target Field date.
You can also configure conditions that must be met for the rule to trigger. In the example below, the Distribution Rule is triggered 7 days (1 week) before the Assignment: Start Date and when the Relocation Phase of the mobility record is “Pre-Assignment.”
Media Distribution Audit
Designed to display a list of triggered Distribution Rules, including when each rule was triggered, which employee and assignment record it applied to, and which media item was delivered.
For each listed rule, you can navigate directly to the associated Distribution Rule, Employee Record, Assignment Record, or Media Item.
