The Batch Authorizations Import (hereafter referred to as “the import”) is used to create authorization records in the Equus Platform application. Unlike the Authorization CSV import that always creates a new employee, this import allows you to create new moves/assignments for employees already in EMWP. If the employee does not already exist, it will also create the employee and move/assignment.
This import will allow you to connect Authorizations to existing employee records in the EMWP by matching one of these two data points:
System Number
Employee Email Address
The import is available at the company level. To run the company level import, click on the company and locate the Import Data menu item under the Processes menu group, (if the menu group is not customized).
