Views AssignmentPro ships with the “Visa/Work Permits User Report (view)” view to support the user report described in the “User Reports” section. This view combines data from the following tables:

AssignmentPro ships with the “Visa/Work Permits User Report (view)” view to support the user report described in the “User Reports” section. This view combines data from the following tables:

  • Assignment Case and its related tables. Up to 10 Dependents are tracked.

  • Up to 10 Assignment Visa records.

  • Assignment Visa Rule table.

The “Equus – Immigration Details” User Report Type relies on this view.

User Reports

AssignmentPro ships with the “Equus Portal - Immigration Details” User Report. This User Report relies on the “Equus - Immigration Details” User Report Type, and populates the Details section of the Immigration benefits card in the Mobile Employee Experience.

The “Equus Portal - Immigration Details” User Report contains information about all Cases and their related information for the employee and her family. Figure 1 shows a screenshot of the Immigration benefits card, which illustrates the data that the user report provides in the Details section. This user report can be utilized whenever an overview of Case and Detail information is needed.

Imports

As of 18.2, the “Visa/Work Permit Import” flexible header import has been deprecated. Clients are advised to use the “Generic CSV Import” instead. Please contact an Equus Client Account Representative for details.
