The suite of Visas and Work Permits screens in AssignmentPro allow mobility users to request and track information about the immigration services that are provided to their employees. This user manual covers the following screens, which are found under the Visa & Work Permits menu item in the Assignment Management menu group for an assignment:
Visa and Work Permits: This is a Summary screen that provides a high-level overview of the main set of Visa and Work Permit screens used to track requests for service and details about the service that was provided. This screen is known as the Visa and Work Permit Summary
Visa and Work Permit Requirements: Used to identify the basic requirements for Work and Residence Visas/Permits.
Visa and Work Permit Service Request Details: Used to request immigration-related services for employees and their families from vendors.
Case Details: Used to track information about the Case that is created to track the immigration work of employees and their family members.
Visa and Work Permits Details: Used to track information about the immigration documents procured for employees.
While these screens are available for use by internal users, vendors can also provide information into these screens via Vendor Integration or a portal. Please contact your Equus representative for more details on how portal configuration and/or vendor integration.
