  • The 'Is Situational Request' option is available to limit request availability when certain conditions are met. See here for more

Things to Note

  • When "Uses Status model' is ticked, the request type will not appear in the Landing Experience in the Take Action widget.

  • Copying request types only appears for Custom request types. This allows faster configuration when creating similar requests.

  • Copying custom request types does not save the current request type that is copied from. Make sure to save the request type configuration before copying.

  • System request types and Custom request types can be differentiated in the Request Types screen on the System Request Type column with a value of "Yes". The System Request Types is system-delivered and configured.

  • For Company level requests:

    • 'Available For’ will always equal External Client

    • The 'Show Request Details To Approvers' is not available
