User Reports – US and Canadian Gross Up Standard Views - Employee Salary Tab

vwEQ_PAYROLL_REPORT_EXPENSE_DETAIL and vwEQ_PAYROLL_REPORT_EXPENSE_DETAIL_CANADA - The data pulled on these views is grouped by Payroll Report ID and the Assignment and Employee data sources can easily be added to a user report type utilizing either one of these views. As in the example below making use of this view in a User Report will allow for the creation of payroll report in the format needed as opposed to the standard format provided in the system. This view will also allow for the reporting of additional information not included on the standard payroll report in the Equus Platform™.

Tax Calc Tax Authority and Salary Information by Tax Year – The data pulled on this view is the information included on the Tax Authority and Employee Salary Tab by Tax Year. The Assignment, Employee and TAXCALC_ASSIGNMENT data sources can easily be added to this user report type. As in the example below making use of this view in a User Report will allow for the creation of payroll report in the format needed as opposed to the standard format provided in the system. This view will also allow for the reporting of additional information not included on the standard payroll report in the Equus Platform™.

Tax Authority Rates – The data pulled on this view is information on all provided and User Defined tax authorities, including but not limited to salary caps, income ranges, tax rates, etc. As in the example below making use of this view in a User Report will allow for the creation of a report that includes tax rate information for a given authority.
