Budget Based Decisions

Provide the option to spend up to a budgeted amount. Each option has a calculated cash value. This allows the employee to mix and match from a range of benefits, to build the package that best suits them.

Options on Additional Support

Use the feature to send employees an election choice automatically when a decision is required. Examples are:

  • Agree to data consents

  • Check whether employees wish to change their home pension contributions

  • Asking employees if they wish to move property when a lease is ending
