The following can be customized per template:

  • Inactive: if checked, a Budget Template will not appear elsewhere in the Equus Platform.

  • Name: internal name for the Budget Template.

  • Display Name: name that will appear in the Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Icon: icon that will appear in the Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Currency Type: a currency for the Starting, Spent and Remaining Amounts of the Budget. If a Template is associated to an Election Choice, then the currency of the Election Set containing that choice will be used.

  • Description: description that will appear for Internal Users.

  • Employee Experience Information: provide additional information about the Budget that is accessible in the Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Merge With Like Budgets: When this is checked, Budgets created from this Template for the same Mobility via Benefit Election Choices will be combined into a single budget if the Start, End, and Close After dates all match. Note - This setting cannot be changed once a Budget has been created from a Benefit Election Choice.

Next configure the Date Configuration section on the Budget Template Details screen.
