Budgets can be automatically created based on choices made by Employees via Election Sets. This is accomplished by selecting a Budget Template from the Template for Budget Creation drop down list on the Election Choice Details screen.
If an Election Choice with a linked Budget Template is selected by an Employee and the Election Set is submitted, a Budget will be created for the Assignment based on the Template definition.
