Overview
There are five generic survey triggers developed and released in GROW™/ Equus Platform™. Each is designed to prompt the selected survey based on the appropriate GROW/Equus Platform service to be flagged for batch processing and distribution to the appropriate transferee.
If the conditions below are all met, a flag will be triggered during the NEW survey batch noting that the survey is ready to be sent. The survey will not trigger again if the Employee (Assignee) has already responded to that particular survey.
Prerequisites
Survey triggers will only activate for Companies that allow employee surveys. The Employee Surveys Allowed checkbox on the Company Details screen must be checked or no employee surveys will be triggered for that Company.
Additionally, the surveys that are to be sent must be selected in the Assignment/Relocation Policy screen for each policy within that Company where surveys will be disbursed to the employees assigned to that policy.
Additional Conditions
A file will not pull into a survey batch if the file has Do Not Send Survey = Yes.
A file will not pull into a survey batch if the file has an Archive date.
A file will not pull into a survey batch if the file has a Cancel date.
A file will not pull into a survey batch if the file has an On Hold Date greater than today.
