This trigger is designed to release a Temporary Living survey once the employee/assignee has reached the end of temporary living stay. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Relocation Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Temp Living Detail Screen End Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 Days

OR

Temp Living Detail Screen Extended Through Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 Days

For Example: if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008 and the Temporary Living End Date is Nov 30, 2008, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008 and the Temporary Living End Date is Dec 15, 2008, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

(excludes Pets and Vehicles shipment)

This trigger is designed to release a Household Goods survey once the primary household goods shipment has been delivered. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Relocation Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’)

AND

Household Goods Detail Screen Primary Shipment checkbox is checked (set to ‘Yes’)

AND

Household Goods Detail Screen Authorized move type is HHG

AND

Household Goods Detail Screen Actual Delivery Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 Days

For Example: if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008, the Authorized move type checked is HHG and the Actual Delivery Date is Nov 30, 2008, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008, the Actual Delivery Date is Nov 30, 2008 but the Authorized move type checked is Pets, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a homesale survey once the employee/assignee has accepted the homesale offer. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Relocation Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Offer Details Screen Cancellation Date is blank

AND

Offer Details Screen Seller Acceptance Date is less than Offer Details Screen Offer Expiration Date

AND

the latter of:

Offer Details Screen Vacate Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 days

OR

Offer Details Screen Prorate Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 days

For Example: if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008 and the Seller Acceptance Date is Nov 30, 2008 whereas the Offer Expiration Date is Dec 16, 2008 and the Vacate Date is Dec 3, 2008, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008 and the Seller Acceptance Date is Nov 30, 2008, but the Vacate Date is Dec 15, 2008, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a New Home Mortgage survey once the employee/assignee has closed on a new home and used a preferred mortgage provider. In this case, the Destination Buyer screen will need to be completed in addition to the New Home Mortgage screen. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Relocation Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Destination Buyer Service Screen Actual Close Date is less than Today’s Date + 7 Days

AND

New Home Mortgage Details Screen Lead Date is populated

AND

New Home Mortgage Details Screen Selected field is equal to ‘Yes’

For Example: if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008, the Actual Close Date is Nov 30, 2008, the Lead Date is Aug 1, 2008 and the Selected field is set to “Yes”, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if 7 days from today is Dec 1, 2008 and the Selected field is set to “No” or “Please Select”, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a survey once the assignment/relocation is complete. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Complete Date is filled in.

For Example: if there is a date in the Compete Date field in the status section of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Compete Date has not been entered or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

*NOTE* You cannot enter a Complete Date that is in the future.

This trigger is designed to release a survey two weeks after the assignment/relocation Start Date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is less than today’s date minus two weeks.

For Example: if a date is entered as July 1, 2010 in the Start Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 16, 2010, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Start Date has not been entered or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than one month after the Start Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a survey one month after the assignment/relocation Start Date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is less than today’s date minus one month.

On the other hand, if a Host Country Arrival Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than one year after the Host Country Arrival Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a survey one month after the assignment/relocation Start Date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Host Country Arrival Date is less than today’s date minus two years.

For Example: if a date is entered as July 1, 2006 in the Host Country Arrival Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2008, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Host Country Arrival Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than two years after the Host Country Arrival Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

This trigger is designed to release a survey one month after the assignment/relocation Start Date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Host Country Arrival Date is less than today’s date minus three years.

For Example: if a date is entered as July 1, 2006 in the Host Country Arrival Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2009, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Host Country Arrival Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than three years after the Host Country Arrival Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch.

*NOTE* To send a survey annually on the anniversary date of the host country arrival, you will most likely want to configure all three host arrival triggers: One Year After Host Arrival, Two Years After Host Arrival, and Three Years After Host Arrival. It is very likely you may want to use the same survey, associated with each trigger.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee completes the Candidate/Pre-Assignment phase and transitions to On Assignment. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Phase is equal to On Assignment (EQAPOA).

For Example: if the phase is set as On Assignment in the Phase field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, when the survey batch is being created, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if the Phase is anything except On Assignment or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked when the batch is being created, the survey will not be flagged for distribution for the batch being processed but may be flagged for a future batch. *IMPORTANT*: Since there is no history associated with the Phase, this trigger will be determined by the value in the Phase field at the time the batch is being run. If an assignment Phase is set to On Assignment and then changed to Localization before a survey batch is created, that assignment record will not be flagged for distribution.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee has been in the system one year after Start Date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is greater than or equal to one year before the intended survey send date.

For Example: If a date is entered as July 1, 2010 in the Start Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2011, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Start Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than one year after the Start Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee has been in the system two years after Start Date from the Assignment/Relocation Details screen. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is greater than or equal to two years before the intended survey send date.

For Example: If a date is entered as July 1, 2010 in the Start Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2012, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Start Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than two years after the Start Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee has been in the system three years after Start Date from the Assignment/Relocation Details screen. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Do Not Send Survey checkbox is not checked (not set to ‘Yes’) for each employee who will receive the survey

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is greater than or equal to three years before the intended survey send date.

For Example: If a date is entered as July 1, 2010 in the Start Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2013, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Start Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than three years after the Start Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee has been in the system four years after Start Date from the Assignment/Relocation Details screen. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

AND

Assignment / Relocation Details Screen Start Date is greater than or equal to four years before the intended survey send date.

For Example: If a date is entered as July 1, 2010 in the Start Date field of the Assignment / Relocation Details screen, and the Do Not Send Survey field has not been checked, and the survey batch is being created any time after July 1, 2014, the survey will be flagged for distribution. On the other hand, if a Start Date has not been entered, or the Do Not Send Survey field has been checked, or the batch is being created less than four years after the Start Date, the survey will not be flagged for distribution.

This trigger is designed to release a survey when an assignee has been in the system four years after Start Date from the Assignment/Relocation Details screen. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:

This trigger is designed to release a survey one month after the assignment actual end date. The data conditions that will flag the survey as ready to be released are:
