The Manage Surveys screen is used to resend surveys and view completed surveys. Navigate to the system-level screen by utilizing the Global Search.
The Manage Surveys and Resend Batches section will display all existing Employee Survey Batches. Click on "Send New Surveys" to create a new Employee Survey Batch.
In the Manage Surveys screen, you can choose to:
View Surveys
You can choose to view completed surveys in a specific range by clicking on
to create a new Employee Survey Resend Batch.
Batch Name: specify a name for the new Employee Survey Resend Batch
Survey Status: filter surveys to be included in the batch based on the surveys' status (Not Sent, Sent, Complete)
Company: filter surveys based on the company of the employees who received them
Employee: filter surveys by a specific employee record. Enter a Employee ID and click on
. After, the mobility records connected to the employee will be displayed on the Mobility field
Mobility: filter surveys by a specific mobility record
Survey: filter surveys by a specific Survey Type existing in the Platform
Service Order Type: filter surveys by a specific Service Order Type
Sends >= and <=: filter surveys based on a numerical range of how many times they were sent
Last Sent Date: filter surveys by a specific date range
Complete Date: filter surveys by a specific date range of when they were completed by employees
Reached Max # of Sends: tick this box to only include surveys that have reached the maximum number of sends
After specifying the filters for the Employee Survey Resend Batch, click on
to proceed with creating the batch.
The Surveys to Send section will display all included surveys in the Employee Survey Resend Batch.
Resend Surveys
After creating the Employee Survey Resend Batch, you can proceed to resend the surveys. Use the “Resend” checkbox on each record to include or exclude it from the batch.
Once finalized, click on
to proceed with resending the selected surveys.
Note (for reporting purposes): While there are no standard production reports for Surveys, you can use the Employee Survey Results with Section Resources (view) data view to build a user report. This view provides survey data, including the resource assigned to each survey section.
