Once the survey has been configured the survey needs to be enabled at the Company Details screen. This allows the configuration of the Maximum Survey Resends.
The resends also includes the initial sent meaning that if the resend is set-up to send the survey 3 times the initial send will count as 1 and then the survey would resend twice after the initial sent.
You can specify which surveys should be sent and when at the very bottom of the General tab on the Relocation Policy screen. The Trigger determines when the survey is eligible to be sent.
