This widget lists four pieces of contact information for the employee. The departure office email and telephone number will be included, as well as a personal email and mobile/other telephone number. If no contact information exists for a given type, a hyperlink is available to the Employee Contact Information screen so details may be added. If there are multiples of the same Location & Contact Type and one is marked Primary, then the Primary one will be displayed, else the most recently added one.
