In the top right hand corner of the Home page or any page dashboard layouts have been configured for, users will find an Available Dashboard Layouts cog icon
located beneath the Community / Help Center link. When the icon is pressed, the Available Dashboard Layouts selector is displayed.
This will allow the user to select from list of available Dashboard Layouts. This drop down list will be limited by the data sensitivity of the user and Dashboard Layout. It is also limited by the Page – only layouts configured for the given page will be displayed. To change the current Dashboard Layout seen on the page the user simply needs to select the desired layout from the list and select [Apply].
The Dashboard Layout selected by the user will remain as the user’s dashboard until a different Dashboard Layout is selected. The Dashboard Layout is not session specific so the system will not revert back to the default layout when the user has ended the current session.
Users with view access rights to the Dashboard Layout configuration screen will see the View/Edit Dashboard link whenever a dashboard layout is selected. Clicking the link will navigate the user to the configuration screen.
