The Expense Audit screen allows for expenses classified as the "Non-Auditable" to be processed. "Non-Auditable" expense records are records where the preconditions have failed and the rule that it is linked to, cannot be executed by the audit engine.

To process a "Non-Auditable" expense requires a review of the rules including the preconditions. Rules may need be adjusted or a new rule created to properly evaluate the expense.

After making the changes, the user can submit the rule for audit again, through a reprocess request. This is done from the Expense Audit screen. Selecting any Non-Auditable records will display the [Reprocess] button.

A Confirm Reprocess pop window appears after clicking

. The Single expenses column is populated with the details of the expense. This column shows all the individual expenses such as Non-Auditable but also expenses from Multi Move Vouchers (from the selected records), that belong to the company in which the reprocessing is done for.

Enter a mandatory Reprocess Reason and click

. A reason must be given for the outcome to be rejected. When

After an expense has been reprocessed, the previous audit results become italic and a new line is added to the summary table called Reprocess detailing when it took place and the user who did the reprocessing. When complete, the audit process and audit results will reflect the “new” audit process instead of the old process evaluation.
