When a configurable client/MEE help file is delivered to a targeted employee using a quick workflow, a new notification is sent to the employee. The next time the user logs into the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), a red badge is displayed on the notification bell icon indicating new notifications.
To view the MEE Help either click on the Documents menu item to view the All Documents screen or the Documents portal card.
When the Documents portal card is clicked, newly published documents are easily identifiable by the "New" badge. Documents can be accessed directly by clicking on the document name or via the All Documents screen by clicking on the [All Documents] button within the card.
On the All Documents screen, the MEE Help published to the MEE is an external link which is represented by the external link icon. All external links are found under the MEE Help category.
Things to Note
When the document is a link to an external video, clicking on the card either from the All Documents screen or from the Document portal card will open a new tab in which the employee will be directed to the specific URL which displays the video
When internal files are published, depending on the Document Type used when uploading the document, the file may or may not appear under the MEE Help category
