For Announcement Sets to appear in the Mobile Employee Experience, select the appropriate set to display using the Announcement Set drop down list in the Advanced Settings section of the Employee Experience Configuration screen.
An Announcement Set is configured using the Portal Announcement Maintenance screen found at the Configuration level. An announcement set can consists of one or more announcement items and when each item is displayed in the MEE can be customized on the Portal Announcement Maintenance screen.
Announcements are displayed to the right of the Tasks section under the Timeline. Announcements will by display a default image as shown below if no image has been uploaded as part of the announcement item configuration.
When there are multiple announcement items, each item will be automatically displayed on a carousel, changing every 10 seconds until a user clicks on the announcement.
