Creating and customizing the theme of Mobile Employee (MEE) screens can be done in two screens:
System Theme Builder
Company Theme Builder
System Theme Builder
A system-level MEE theme can be created through the System Theme Builder. When a system-level theme is created and activated, it will be applied to all companies in the Equus Platform.
Access this screen through the Global Search.
The System Theme Builder will list all available System Portals, Equus Employee Portal Themes, and Mobile Employee Experience themes on the platform.
Note - a Default or Fallback Theme is available in the System Theme Builder that will be applied in the scenario where there is no active system or company-level theme. This theme cannot be edited or deleted.

to create a new MEE theme, or on

Collapsed Logo – The logo that appears on the left-hand side of the MEE, at the top of the navigation menu, when the menu is collapsed. The recommended size is 40px tall and up to 40px wide.
Expanded Logo – The logo that appears on the left-hand side of the MEE, at the top of the navigation menu, when the menu is not collapsed. The recommended size is 40px tall and up to 200px wide.
Fav Icon – The icon that appears next to the screen name in the browser tabs. The icon should always be 32x32px and must be an Icon file type.
Background Image – The image used as the background for the MEE. It is recommended that a picture of low contrast and soft focus with dimensions of approximately 1650x1100px is used. A file size of approximately 100 KB is recommended; otherwise, performance of the portal may decrease due to load time for the background image.
Brand Color – Sets the color line that appears on the left-hand side of items such as menu items and screen headers on the portal.
Dark Mode – This makes the user interface darker. It changes light backgrounds to a darker color and changes text from dark to light.
