Navigate to the Employee Feedback tab by selecting Employee Feedback Configuration from the configuration search.

By default, the employee feedback form is shipped out as inactive. If the form is inactive, a blue banner appears: "Employee Feedback is currently inactive. Employees will be unable to submit feedback until the configuration is activated."

Populate the Header Field. The text in this field will be displayed at the top of the Employee Feedback modal. Next configure the questions that will appear on the feedback form. Up to 6 questions can be displayed.

Select a type from the Question Type drop down list.

  • <Drop-down list>

  • <Free Text>

  • <Likelihood, 1-10>

  • <Net Promoter Score, 0-10>

  • <Rating 1-10>

  • <Star Rating>

  • <Yes/No>

Once a type is selected, a mandatory question text box appears. Enter the question in the Question Text field for the question to in the MEE. When <Drop-down list> is selected, the Response Classification Group Code field appears. The values displayed are the lookup fields from the System Lookup Maintenance screen. When a lookup field is selected, the values of the selected Lookup Field are displayed in the MEE.

An optional closing message can be displayed when the employee submits their feedback.

To publish the employee feedback in the MEE, untick the Inactive checkbox and click

To access the Employee Feedback form in the MEE, click on the Give Feedback menu item towards the bottom of the navigation menu.

The text in the Header field appears at the top of the feedback modal and all configured questions appear on one page.

Once the Submit button is clicked, the user will either return to the Home Page for their recent assignment or be presented with the closing message if one has been configured. Click

to return to the Home Page.

Things to Note

  • Once the Employee Feedback is published (i.e. inactive checkbox is unticked), "Give Feedback" is visible in the MEE navigation menu.

  • When the form is made inactive, "Give Feedback" is removed from the MEE navigation menu but it does not affect any feedback already submitted by MEE users.
