Overview

All Request Types can be accessed and configured by internal users under the Templates menu item on the Request Types screen. Each Request is categorized by a Request Type. There are five default Request Types (System Request Type) already configured (note - only certain fields can be modified on these Request Types).

  • Assignment Extension

  • Employee Repatriation

  • End of Employment

  • One-Time Payment

  • Generic

Click the

apro_pencil.png

next to the Request Type to edit it.

In addition to the default types, custom Request Types can be configured to meet additional request needs. This includes company level requests.

Things to Note

  • Please note, that each Request Type must have a unique name.

  • In order to access the Request Types screen, the user role must have security rights.
