There are four System Request Types that are configured in the system (Generic, End of Employment, Employee Repatriation, Assignment Extension). It is not possible to add or remove fields from System Request Types. When viewing the details of these request types on the Request Type Details screen, the Available Fields section and the option to select a User Table to populate the Available Fields section are not available.
The following steps are recommended if you wish to customize any of the four System Request Types that are configured in the system (Generic, End of Employment, Employee Repatriation, Assignment Extension):
Tick the Inactive checkbox for the System Request Type and save the change
Create a new request type to replace the inactive System Request Type
Configure fields to appear on a request type using the newly created User Table
