The Assignment Performance Management screen is used to track the performance ratings and goals of an assignee.

Performance management can be accessed by selecting the Performance Management menu item within an assignment.

Performance Management can also be used within an Authorization by adding the Performance Management control to the authorization template. All values are copied when an assignment is created from an authorization during the cost estimate process or upon final approval. Values can also be copied to an authorization if using the create authorization from assignment method.

Ratings

Performance ratings are used to track the overall performance of an assignee.

To add a performance rating:

  • Select the Assignment Performance Management screen

  • Select the + icon within the Ratings section

  • Input a Rated By name, Rated Date and select an Rating

Note: The rating type will use the active rating type configured at the company level. If the active rating type is changed only new ratings will use the new rating type.

Goals

Performance goals are used to assign and track the goals of an assignment from start to end.

To add a goal:

  • Select the Assignment Performance Management screen

  • Select the + icon within the Goals section

  • Input a Goal, Set Date and optionally Set By

Once a goal has been created, the assignees progress towards that goal can be track by add a new outcome. To add a new outcome, select New then input a Date and Outcome.

The final outcome or if no final outcome exists the outcome with the most recent date is displayed on the summary grid for each goal.
