Security Rights

In order to delete a Report Schedule or Execution History record, the user’s Role must have rights to the Report Schedules tab as well as the Report Scheduler History Details tab for System and/or Company. There are no Screen Section Rights required.

For System and Company, these rights can be added to a role to be able to delete a schedule or a single execution history record on the Role Configuration screen.

Deleting a Schedule or Execution History

Click the

icon on a schedule on the Reports Schedules tab within the report schedule grid.

Scroll to the bottom of the schedule details and click the

delete.png

button.

There will be a pop-up window asking to confirm the deletion. Deleting a schedule will delete everything in the schedule including execution history.

To delete an individual Execution History record without deleting the entire schedule or history, navigate to the individual execution history record and click the [Delete] button at the bottom.

**Note: All users will be prevented from deleting a User Report from the Equus Platform if it is attached to either a schedule or an execution history record. The User Report must be removed from all schedules and execution history records before it can be deleted. **
