The Print Options tab allows users to customize how the resulting generated Report will look in PDF or Excel output. Note, an "Excel" type of report will produce a (.xlsx) type of file.
Report can be formatted to include:
Title
Page Orientation and Size
Font and Font Size
Margins
In addition, each column can be formatted by Column Width, Group By, Sub Total, and Grand Total.
The Group By check box will group together the data in the column. Sub Totals and Grand Total amounts can be defined by MIN, MAX, FIRST, AVG, SUM, or COUNT.
Examples
An example of the report in PDF format, with a Title of Assignment Visa Service Order Summary.
An example of the report in Excel format, grouped by Service Order Status and column width of 2 inches for Service Order Type, Service Order Status and Service Order Vendor.
Things to Note
These options are not supported by print options: "HTML", "Excel Data (.xls)", and "CSV" type of reports.
'Excel (.xls)' option is only available if the 'Use the Excel (.xls) on the reports list running option' system preference is set to yes.
