The output format of Excel (.xls) previously known as "Excel Formatted" is hidden from the User Report screens. This has been hidden because the Excel (.xlsx) is the more up to date output format.

To display the Excel (.xls) / Excel Formatted running option for user and production reports:

  1. Navigate to the System Preferences page at the system/configuration level.

  2. Select <Reports> from the Category drop down list.

  3. For the field Use Excel (.xls) on Reports list running options change the System Value to <Yes>. When the system value is "Yes", the option "Excel (.xls)" will be available on the running options for User Reports.

  4. Click
