User reports can be found at both the System or Company Level, depending on the user's security rights. Navigate to the relevant screen by utilizing the Global Search.
Through the Global Search, you can also choose to search for specific User Reports. Click on the dropdown arrow, and select the User Reports option.
To view a System Level report, navigate to the Home tab and click on System Reports to view the system Published Reports tab. From here click find the report and click on the pencil icon to view the User Report Details screen.
There are number of ways reports can be run in the Equus Platform. Depending on where the reports are run from, different output types will be available on screen.
Published Report Tab for System and Company Level User Reports
To run the report as PDF, click on the user report name link. From this screen, it is possible to run the report in the following formats: HTML, Excel and Excel Data (.xls) by clicking on the desired format link. If the Export Type field is populated on the Export Tab, Export will also appear as format option. A new window will appear showing that the report is processing; when it is finished, it will appear as a download for you to open. Click the ‘report’ to open it.
Note: When using the HTML format, the report will open in a new browser window and not as a downloaded file.
User Report Details Screen
Select the format from the Run Report drop down list and press [Run]. From this screen, the format available are: HTML, PDF, Excel, Excel Data (.xls) and CSV. If the Export Type field is populated on the Export Tab, Export will be available.
A new window will appear showing that the report is processing; when it is finished, it will appear as a download for you to open. Click the ‘report’ to open it.

Hyperlink or the Equus System User Report Dashboard
The report can be run in either HTML or Excel format by clicking on the relevant link in the widget. A new window will appear showing that the report is processing; when it is finished, it will appear as a download for you to open.
