Upcoming End Dates widget in the Landing Experience

This widget displays a count of active moves that have End Dates identified as of today or within the next 180 days, for the purpose of allowing HR / Business users to plan for those returning employe

This widget displays a count of active moves that have End Dates identified as of today or within the next 180 days, for the purpose of allowing HR / Business users to plan for those returning employees.

The number of the total employees that have upcoming end dates will be displayed under the name of the title of the widget.

The following columns will be shown in the preview of the widget: Employee Full Name, Home Country to Host Country, and Upcoming End Date.

to display all active moves that make up the count in the upcoming start dates widget.

is clicked, the widget will be expanded, and the following columns will be shown on the widget: Name, From Location, To Location, and Start Date.

Click and type on the search box on the top-right side of the widget to look for specific employees.

on the right-side of the record to see the Start Date and End Date of the employee.

If necessary, users can create an extension or repatriation request for any of the displayed employees that have the nearest upcoming dates right from the widget.

What records are returned?

Active assignment records where:

  1. User has rights to the Assignment (Authorizations without assignments are not evaluated.

  2. First non-blank End Date must be "today" (see table below) or in 180 days in the future.

This table below illustrates the sequence of date evaluation. If a value is not present, the next date will be evaluated. If no values are present for all dates, or the first non-blank date is not within 180 days the record will not be included in the count.

Things to note

  • Request buttons

    • Users must have "add" and "view" rights to <Request> screen page on the Security Role Maintenance page to be able to submit an Extension/Repatriation within this widget

    • Request type must be Active, available for "External Clients" or "Both" and does not use the status model.

    • Currently does not support company override of Request Types, Help Text or Custom fields.
