This widget will display a list of assignments scheduled to start within the next 180 days where the current user is the assignment coordinator and also has security rights to the assignment. Assignments marked as Inactive, Cancelled, or Complete are excluded from the list.
With this widget, the data is displayed in table-format with the Employee Name, Home and Host Countries and the current Start Date (if one is present). In order to determine the current start date, the widget looks to the Start Date field on the Assignment record and if this is blank looks to the Relocation Effective Date field on the same screen. Assignments starting within 90 days will display the Start Date in bold red text.
Clicking the Employee Name link will navigate to the employee’s Assignment screen where the detailed assignment information can be viewed. The list is displayed in descending order with the nearest Start Date displayed on top. The information can be re-sorted by clicking on the column headings.
