In the Notes & Communications section on the View Request window, internal users can add their comments regarding the context of that specific request. Click on the

In the Notes/Communication Details window, the user can add their comments using one of three types; Email. Note, Verbal.
Things to Note
If the internal user records their comments using "Note", this can be displayed in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) if the External Visible check box is ticked prior to clicking

. As long as the internal user ticks the box prior to sending Notes, the employee will have a complete history of the communication exchange with the internal user in the MEE.
Company level requests do not support Note/Communications and Exceptions.
