It is possible to raise a single policy exception from a request.
Click
in the View Request window.
Select the Policy Section and the Policy field where the Exception will land and click
. If the Policy Sections and Policy Fields sections are configured on the Policy Fields tab of the Assignment Policies page the drop down lists will appear.
This will open up the Exceptions Details window for the details to be populated and for the exception to be created and routed to the relevant approvers.
Things to Note
Company level requests do not support Exceptions.
