When a compensation worksheet (CW) report is sent to the employee, you cannot recalculate without undoing/unsending the communication to the employee. There is an option available not to send an email if you do not want to communicate to the employee when undoing the previous worksheet report for any reasons.
It is possible to undo the issuance o the CW reports via the Compensation Worksheet Report Batch screen or individually from the bottom of the effective CW in question. To make a correction for a specific employee, it may be advisable to do this via the individual effective CW in question to avoid having to unsend the original communication to those unaffected employees.
Once the original compensation worksheet report is undone, the [Calculate & Save] button will be visible.
