Release 17.4 includes a number of new features which significantly enhance the functionality of AssignmentPro.
New Experience for the Employee
The new Mobile Employee Experience is a sleeker, more intuitive way for mobile employees to access the pertinent information related to their assignment on any device.
Mobile employees can subscribe to a calendar of key events and tasks due, access documents and earnings statements, submit expense reports, see details about their benefits and services, input information about themselves, and access key contacts supporting their move. They will also have access to information about their host country as well as the capability to message with key stakeholders involved with their move.
Other Features
Compensation Accumulation
The following company level imports now support a 2nd identifier. This is valuable when it takes two pieces of information, such as employee number and host country, to uniquely identify the correct assignment. Please refer to the ‘Comp Accumulator Overview’ section in ‘Compensation Module User Manual’. The import still supports any existing templates currently used.

Compensation Worksheets
A new view is available within User Reports. Comp Worksheet Line Item Current and Previous Effective (view) allows reporting on Compensation Worksheets in any status. The view also allows reporting on Previous and Current Compensation Worksheet details including amounts and currencies.
Imports
Clicking the View Flat File link in Chrome, resulted in a “Failed - Network Error” message and the file could not be downloaded. This has been corrected.
Local HRIS Integration
Additional configuration options are available allowing employees to be more easily and uniquely found in searches. Please contact your company’s Client Account Manager for details about how to implement this feature.
Mobile Employee Experience
The new Mobile Employee Experience allows employees to easily access pertinent information related to their assignments, relocations, and/or business trips, making it the perfect single portal. With a few clicks, you can turn it on for your employee users. For more information, see the Employee Experience user manual.
Employees have a list of their contacts supporting their move. With a click they can open an email or dial a number to reach the appropriate person. Be sure to run the available audit reports to verify existing phone numbers to ensure they meet international formatting standards.
With our messaging feature, employees can chat with the mobility team supporting their assignment, allowing for a more convenient form of communicating.
Notifications can be configured to communicate additional information to the assignee.
What’s Happening timeline allows employees an overview of key events and tasks due for their assignment. Employees can subscribe to the timeline and have the data pushed to their own device for easy reference.
Employees can access their earnings statements generated with each payroll run.
Details including policy overview, status, key data, documents, and the service contact are available for each benefit and service the assignee is authorized.
Documents are easily accessible; the employee may also upload documents as needed.
Employees can access expense reports, so they can easily submit their expenses for reimbursement and see the ongoing status from draft through payment.
Employees can modify their profile information so that the mobility team and supporting vendors always have the most accurate information. The following quick workflows have been included to help mobility teams stay up to date on updates made by employees:

Destination information is available for employees so they can more easily learn about where they are going, to help lessen anxiety and ease the transition.
Turning the portal on can be done with minimal configuration by your system administrators.
Tax Service
Documents uploaded to the Tax Briefing Details screen were not showing in the Assignment Documents view. This has been corrected.
User Pages
This release corrected two minor issues with User Pages.
A bug was discovered that could cause user table data to be deleted unexpectedly under certain circumstances. This has been corrected.
Previously, users were unable to add Create Date to a User Page Section because it would disappear from the list after saving. This has been corrected.
