Key Features
Release 19.3 includes a number of new features which significantly enhance the functionality of AssignmentPro.
New Help Center & ‘Introduction to AssignmentPro’ Course
The next stop on our help center journey brings the opening of the (nearly) full help center, accessible from the help widget.
In the help center you will find searchable and cross-referenced copies of all AssignmentPro user manuals.
A new ‘Introduction to AssignmentPro’ course is also available.
All help videos and webinars are also uploaded and now viewable via web links, ensuring availability to all users.
Automatically Move Money Amounts
New automation allows you to automatically create entries in the Compensation Data Repository (CDR). Values in the CDR can be easily sent to cost estimates, compensation calculations and compensation worksheets, plus used in reports and widgets.
This means that money values from approved exceptions, core/flex, employee elections and others can be automatically saved to the CDR.
Payroll Reporting Enhancements
An enhancement to payroll reporting means you can now run excel merge documents as payroll production reports. This adds a new level of functionality to payroll reporting, with the ability to easily create a payroll report with multiple tabs, conditional formatting, sub totals and grand totals.
Coming Soon: New Landing Experience
The first version of the new landing experience will be available in the July release, version 19.4.
The new landing experience will provide internal, HR, and business partner users with a flexible and interactive way to view and manage their data and tasks. Key to the experience will be the ability for users to perform the vast majority of their work from the landing page, rather than needing to navigate into individual records.
If you would like to provide input and feedback on the development of the new landing experience, please contact [email protected] to be part of the preview team.
Advance Warning – Field Removal in 19.4 Release (25 July 2019)
(We previously advertised the demise of these fields in release 19.3, but the work was postponed to the 19.4 release.)
In the 19.4 release the following credit card and race fields will be removed from AssignmentPro.
ASSIGNMENT!CC_NUMBER
ASSIGNMENT!CC_YEAR
ASSIGNMENT!CC_MONTH
EMPLOYEE!RACE
AUTH_STAGE_EMPLOYEE!RACE
All data in the fields will be removed. Please contact your Equus representative with any questions or concerns regarding the removal of these fields.
