Features (Click here for PDF)

Access Groups

  • A new screen has been added at the configuration level where Access Groups can be maintained

  • Users using Access Groups will have their assignment rights bound by them (overriding all other security)

  • The User Maintenance screen has a new option to ‘Restrict to Access Group Assignments’ which when selected limits the user to assignment access rights as specified on the new screen

  • The Generic CSV import now supports the new tables for Access Groups, facilitating quick configuration of user/assignment relationships

Accessibility

  • Embedded controls (such as the list of reports and checklists) now remain open when clicking outside of the control

Assignments

  • Assignments with reminders can now be deleted successfully

  • Assignments have a new section where Access Groups can be selected, restricting the users that can view these assignments

Assignment Packages

  • Production reports and merge documents created with an assignment package, that are backed by an excel merge document using multiple user reports, can now be successfully created

Authorizations

  • The default effective date for authorization requests can now be defined. This date is used in the creation of assignment packages and cost estimates that are generated as a part of the authorization process. Note, this also applies to Assignment Packages created as part of Core-Flex authorizations

Business Rules

  • Corrected a scenario where the calculation input mapping could not be saved in Business Rules containing input variables specifically inside a Benefit Set Line Item

Checklists

  • Corrected a scenario where you could not change the tasks and reminders contact in edit mode, when one was already selected for the same contact type

Comp Accumulator

  • Users can now see error messages with more detail if a Comp Accumulation batch send process fails when using the Compensation Control Panel

Compensation Worksheets

  • Now when a split pay line item is set to pay 100% in one location, the amount in the other location will always have a value of ‘0.00’

  • The ‘Comp Worksheet With Categories’ standard production reports will now honor the company and will no longer display incorrect categories

Cost Estimates

  • The ‘Months in Host’ calculation has been updated to round the months in host to the nearest integer

    • This update will resolve most of the conversion errors encountered in Assignment Packages, User report, and Compensation Calculations where the months in host value was included

    • The host workdays calculation has been updated to account for the months in host being rounded

  • Solved an issue with ‘Cost Estimate Type’ that was causing problems with WICE calculations

Currencies

  • Added a new currency of ‘SLE’ for Sierra Leone

Documents

  • Updated an error message to indicate a connection failure occurred, whenever the connection between AssignmentPro and Docusign fails

Ecosystem

  • In this release we have added the following vendors:

    • BDO - AssignmentPro to AssignmentPro

    • NEI Relocation - Two-way standard connection

    • Ogletree Deakins - Two-way standard connection

    • Altair Global - Two-way standard connection

Emails

  • The ‘From’ email now takes into consideration the ‘From’ address sent in the email and is saved in the database email log table with the correct ‘From’ address

Import Process

  • File imports with a format of ‘txt’ or ‘csv’ and where the first line in the import starts with ‘BM’ can now be imported successfully

  • Solved a scenario that affected import processes, in which Resources were not being updated as part of those imports

Landing Experience

  • An issue where a scroll bar was appearing in the data table widget has been resolved

Licensing

  • Reporting of the license module usage is now permitted at the Assignment level via a new Assignment Counter table

Messaging

  • Upgraded the Messaging feature in AssignmentPro

    • Users will be able to see first time notifications received from another user when not directly on the messaging screen

    • Now if a user is deleted from AssignmentPro, conversations involving the user will be deleted. In addition, any other users with unread messages from this user will not be notified

    • The unread conversations badge now refreshes correctly when messages are read

Migration Packages

  • Users can now move merge documents between instances of AssignmentPro through a new migration package

Mobile Employee Experience

  • Employees can now view their vendor expenses from their relocation budget on the MEE widget

  • Notes/Communications

  • The ‘Email Template’ field is now always present if the type is set to ‘Email’ or ‘Note’ and is hidden when the type is set to ‘Verbal’

  • The font-size remains the same regardless of the chosen regional browser settings on the Notes/Communications screen

Quick Workflows

  • Solved a situation where service orders were getting stuck in a ‘Pending’ status

Security Enhancements

  • Users are now warned about unsupported characters, such as ‘<’ or ‘>’ if they are chosen in their passwords

  • As part of a standard process, an enhancement was made to address findings found through testing and analysis

Service/Stability Enhancements

  • Improved the performance of:

    • User Reports

    • User Report downloads

    • Assignment Packages

    • Download of large documents

    • Large file imports into the Generic CSV Import Service

  • Added a new system preference (code TBPMAXTHRD) that specifies the maximum number of concurrent jobs the Threaded Batch Processor will run, regardless of other thread limits. Note, this system preference is defaulted for better performance

  • To improve performance the system preference for user report processing limit has been changed to default at 10

  • Solved a problem where some users were hitting the e-signature envelope cap

  • Added an enhancement to prevent duplicate records being created via vendor integration

  • Corrected a scenario when using specific key words like ‘on search’ with User Reports, Email Templates and the Rich Text Editor

User Reports

  • When user reports are now downloaded as an ‘.xlsx’ file the print options are now honored

  • Resolved a scenario causing a Line Item input error message on user reports with a What If Cost Estimate; Cost Estimate ID filter

  • Fixed a scenario with regional browser settings. When a user report containing a date field was used as a pre-requisite for another User Report, if regional settings of a browser were changed, it would cause the report to fail

  • Removed an incorrect error message that appeared when running User Reports containing Custom Fields that are created from User Report Types with only the base table

Vendor Integration

  • Vendors can now delete pre-move visit, host country housing, training, move management, and visa records based on their source ID

What-If Cost Estimates

  • Additional Inputs now save correctly to new What-If Cost Estimates that require a Tax License Agreement
